Tower One is a new 15-story, 405,000-SF, Class-A office building in the heart of Frisco Station. Ground-floor amenities include a 3,800-SF fitness center, a 3,600-SF tenant lounge, and a 3,200-SF retail/F&B opportunity that connects directly to both the tenant lounge and Station Blvd. Level 1 includes an outdoor pocket park between the parking garage and the office lobby, allowing tenants to enjoy a dedicated, relaxing space.
