A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, the AIA’s highest membership honor, Bob Borson is an award-winning designer and a licensed architect in the State of Texas and Wyoming. Mr. Borson was recognized by the American Institute of Architects as “Young Architect of the Year” in 2009 and received the Award for Excellence in the Promotion of Architecture through the Media from the Texas Society of Architects in 2015. Since 2010, he has maintained and composed content for “Life of an Architect,” one of the most popular architectural blog sites in the world. At BOKA Powell, Bob leads our Design MOR group and works on a wide-variety of typologies. Prior to joining BOKA Powell, Bob was a Principal with Malone Maxwell Borson Architects where his work focused on high-touch white-glove design projects focusing on single-family residential, interior repositioning, and light commercial projects.
