Jessica Durant thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities that connect people with meaningful design solutions. Drawing on her background in commercial real estate and over five years in business development, she focuses on identifying ways to bring clients, teams, and projects together. At BOKA Powell, Jessica spends much of her time cultivating partnerships, facilitating conversations, and finding strategies that turn client goals into successful outcomes. She earned her Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University. Active in several industry organizations, Jessica continues to grow her network and stay engaged in shaping the future of the built environment. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with her family.
