Rick Floyd has extensive experience in construction administration with projects ranging from commercial retail enters to multi-million dollar aviation projects and hotels. He is responsible for the administration of the construction contract on behalf of the client. His many responsibilities include conducting field observations, coordinating submittals and requests for information, reviewing change orders, and ensuring conformance to the construction documents.
