She is highly skilled in overseeing all project stages and directing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adherence to a project's scope, budget, and schedules. Through every stage, Noelle's goal is to achieve lasting client satisfaction and beautiful built environments. Noelle grew up in a military family, which allowed her to travel and sparked her love for architectural history and international architectural styles. In addition to her love for history, she is passionate about music, photography, and dance.
